Start in a small venue – find a partner, like Emily K Center – Church that Emily K is attached to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church (682-3449) – Project done with this group, called Unidos por Durham – UPD – collaborative relationships – Ankit Shrivastava – great person to contact, ask for his connections, bounce ideas off of
Work with a church, perhaps?
General food – got a problem, try serving Latino food (traditional Latino food) – large site, could be a hospital

How hard is it to set up a stand – daily at 11 am where people would get used to coming.
Marketing/networking-what’s possible, what makes sense, where would we find the population that we are looking for.

Chamber of Commerce – any depts. that work with fledgling businesses that have gone through this process, Work First Program
